The Extremely important is one of the biggest recent miscarriage of justice that has really gone truly uncovered by the mainstream media They don't want to have the debate about whether or not the federal government should run education They don't want to have the debate about whether we should have a surveillance state. They don't want to have a debate about whether You know Washington DC should run2/17
health care This is a preview of probable cause with news buds founder and editor Sebel Edmonds today Sebel's guest is Michael Maheri who has a degree in mass communications and media studies as well as a bachelor of science degree in accounting He is a journalist who has written and reported for several newspapers. He has authored three books on nullification He serves as the national communications director3/17
for the 10th Amendment Center Newsbud welcomes Michael Maheri to probable cause with Sebel Edmonds Welcome to our show and thank you very much for joining us on this extremely important topic The reason I love this is saying look of Of all the things that are happening and it's going unfortunately upwards the police estate surveillance state The government overreach. There are some good things happening within local4/17
level within a state level Because it is so much easier. I'm not saying it's easy But it's relatively speaking easier to tackle some of these obstacles that many of us and and our viewers It's like preaching to the choir They are all against they don't like it, but they feel frustrated. They're like look We sent petition to the to the national Congress nothing happens or the5/17
media exposes this and this and nothing happens Yet your website says actually things are happening and guess what? Things are not happening, you know from top to bottom is it's a bottom-up situation Things are happening at the local level with that and having all this talk I want to turn to you and have you explained to us why 10th Amendment and What is the number one6/17
reason for for the existence of the 10th Amendment Center? So the 10th Amendment I think is probably the most important and most overlooked Aspect of the Constitution, you know, it's it's what they call a rule of construction It really tells us how to read the Constitution and essentially what it says is that all of the powers that were not Delegated to the federal government which are7/17
most all powers those are supposed to remain with the states and with the people themselves So and in that shell the federal government shouldn't be doing about 90% of what it's doing on a daily basis You have been covering the issue of NDA and rendition and It has become topical again with North Carolina these courageous incredible persistent activists saying This the fact that some of these8/17
planes took off from this particular Air Force Base CIA planes and they were used in these rendition program is unacceptable to us What can people do at state level and what kind of things states can do to at least for the state thing We will not participate and here are the things we will do and nobody can't force us Well the dirty little secret is that9/17
the federal government see the full video now at newsbud.com And they were using those aircraft to do these rendition flights So they were taking these these prisoners some of whom is it turns out weren't guilty of anything at all and Moving them to black sites in other countries where they could be questioned and tortured and As it turns out the state of North Carolina was providing10/17
support this aviation company got tax benefits One of the counties helped it build a hangar So there was all kinds of state and local resources that were going into this company that was really a CIA front For rendition well, so what can a state doing about that? My second name for a while was misupped out because I have been up thing out of everything my daughter11/17
is nine years old She is opted out of common core Manitoring vaccination whenever we travel whether for work or pleasure basically up thing out here It is I'm not going through that machine. What kind of abilities powers the states have because Airports become a little bit of an iffy issue because you know even though they are in the state Are we looking at the security so-called12/17
security measures and everything something that is like a you know Mother government father government it comes from top to bottom. You don't have a choice What kind of things can be done at state level to prevent this what we are going through what we have been going through and that is Giving up on our dignities. There is no warrant to go through that search and yet13/17
we are submitting just like robots You know it has become so normalized and it's like you can touch me you can touch my kid You can go through my bag You can't subject me to these extreme machines that better prove it to to cause cancer and I have no say What kind of say our states have when it comes to these TSA practices in our airports?14/17
Well, I will Preface this by saying I actually used to work in the airline industry and I was in the airline industry in 2001 when 9-11 happened so I saw the whole transition and the evolution of TSA and I can tell all of your viewers Infatically that TSA security by and large is nothing but security theater if you really think it's making you safer You're absolutely15/17
nuts. It is not I wanted to touch on something else You said I love the whole opt out thing opt out a common core opt out of the TSA searches opt out of everything You can't because this is the bedrock of nullification states can pass laws and we can have local ordinances and good things can happen politically But ultimately what we need are people who are16/17
willing to stand up and say no I'm not going to allow the federal government to violate my rights I'm going to put into my body what I choose to put into my body I'm going to educate my children as I see fit I'm going to do the things that I want to do that are going to enrich my life I don't care what the federal government
