[Music] time to eat that's one of the things when you shop you walk and especially with a place like this but everything is just so energetic and you end up spending two three hours eating must be included you're gonna check out one of my favorite places for eating people and you say what is PETA PETA is what pizza is - Italian what Saluda is - Mexicans2/23
and what banh Trang nung is to Vietnamese it's Turkish style pizza and this place nefi speed a has been here since 1982 same family everything they use is organic their meat organic hormone-free their cheese comes from traditional cheese making village nearby organic no hormone business and they have a great Greek stone oven and they create if you were to ask me the best key day here3/23

little bit about the types of feeders they have which is very similar to pizza you can have any topic any topic you want for 4p day and the pricing here I'm going to convert it with today's dollar to Turkish lira ratio they are known for their ground beef PETA and ground beef well seasoned mildly seasoned big chopped onion that you don't even get to see and7/23
they just pop the pide with that and if you want to have a little bit of cheese it's really really good here and so I usually either death or vegetarian and the vegetarian you get the Qunari cheese is the same as Greeks khechari cheese and theirs is as I mentioned organic comes from this very famous village in cars and good good it's a it's very similar8/23
to mozzarella but it is a little bit drier it's a little bit nuttier case it's a cross between Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese so I'm going to order ground beef mince meat pide and since I'm very hungry I'm gonna order the vegetarian with mushroom green pepper bell pepper and Kesari cheese so for their meat minced meat today they have listed prices a price of 14 lira9/23
that would be about $2 60 70 cents with today's rate and for the vegetarian it's about 17 lira which would be about 3 dollars so that is my lunch and I'm gonna check their drinks and see what they have for drink they don't serve alcohol here is it's a lunch place that you come and have pizza with either traditional Turkish drink Iran made with yogurt or10/23
you can have soft drinks or lemonade I think probiotic filled Iran they have fresh orange juice - you always have fresh orange juice in fat here because we are surrounded by all these amazing citrus orchards so it's a oh they have here I don't feel like beer it's a bit chilly for beer I think I'm gonna have fresh orange juice and water I'm ready [Music] it'd11/23

speeding action preparing my two orders of lusciously filled thin and crispy Turkish PITA it starts with the dough very similar if not identical to pizza dough as far as the ingredients go flour water yeast and salt formed into a dough rested till is proper rise our pita chef expertly rolls the dough on a floured surface to a very very thin consistency and so speedily here comes13/23
one of the differences from its counterpart pizza this shape you see the shape and the formation of both like sides next comes the filling ground beef makes it shredded onions parsley and spice in one sure edit koshari cheese and sliced veggies in another time to slide the pee days into the hot stone oven and check a couple of times for desired crispness here's another difference the14/23
P days are taken out of the oven then the sides are quickly brushed lightly with melted natural organic butter then back in the hot oven for another minute or so oh my god check out what's coming out of that oven perfectly golden crispy PJ's with fillings of perfect consistency no mushy runny stuff here I want both every morsel let's eat these beauties I am ready mission15/23
it comes with salad that they don't charge extra for salad that's my ground beef and khechari cheese and tomato oh that's beautiful and that's my fresh leaves I have to tell you this there is enough food easily I eat a lot I'm obsessed I'm kind of an exception but I would say this is easily good enough for two to two-and-a-half people and wow this is I16/23
don't know where just to begin well I'm gonna start with my salad just put a little bit of lemon juice [Music] I'm gonna put extra olive oil in this because I olive oil is good for you but I love the taste go Victini outage I did so he's gonna breed me and by the way the olive oil anywhere here you get comes from the olives yeah17/23
and many of them use cold-pressed olive oil the old-fashioned style they grind it olives with stone and we're gonna have one of those episodes where I I'll introduce you to real extra extra extra virgin olive oil making I'm going to get some salt in here and you know me I like my food spicy so I'm gonna prepare fish it okay that's my extra virgin olive oil18/23
from this area perfection okay this is how I use olive oil this had olive oil but I dumped three times more on it you can never have enough olive oil especially when olive oil is this high quality and good now I'm gonna be civilized I'm gonna try to restrain myself so I won't just delve into this plate with my fingers and I'm gonna start with the19/23
brown beef there are no words to describe it because look you see how firm it is you don't have the sogginess of the bread it's crispy and they use their cheese amount judiciously it's not too much cheese where you have cheese coming out from so it's so easy to eat it's so light oh my god definitely a good eat heats up Turkish style hmm I know20/23
some of you may be screaming I love hot chili pepper and I asked them to make my green peppers here spicy kind they have mild and spicy [Music] look you see this it's not granny is crispy it's golden brown and in terms of lightness I'm gonna change my mind not for two and a half people I think I can't finish this entire thing all by myself21/23
I don't need any help especially today oranges come from right here so sweet [Music] I'm like crispy organic salad here I don't know about you but I eat the salad with my meals some people like to eat the salad before in some cultures like in Iran they like to eat salad after the meal but for me the salad is before during and after oh my god22/23
very simple you have two different types of letters you have parsley and then you have red cabbage and shredded carrots only salt olive oil and lemon juice that's it so I'm not doing this for camera this is how I eat together mmm if you come to pet here if you want to eat pide this is the place see humble no-show stuff this is a place to23/23
come for a great lunch early 10:30 11 o'clock in the morning after 2 o'clock on budget the cost of this entire amazing meal tea freshly squeezed orange juice 2 full-size PDA salad service charge everything is less than $6 it's about about $6 say if you add some gratuity good eats bridging the gap with pide [Music] [Music] you
