Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music If a recent Quinney Piac poll can be believed, most Americans approve of Nikki Haley's performance at the United Nations. In total, 63% approve. Both men and women, Republicans and Democrats, look on her favorably. Only 17% disagree. Haley's approval rating outperforms that of her boss, who comes in at 39%. If we take this poll at face value, Haley's approval2/33
rate is higher than any other politician on the world stage today. This is astounding and also scary. If the poll can be believed, Americans approve of her combative approach to diplomacy, inside with her on the Neocon approach to foreign policy, including the United Nations. Including challenging Russia. Haley said last month the Trump administration will impose new and more punitive sanctions on Russia in response to a3/33
chemical attack in Syria that never happened. And the poisoning of the Skripals pinned on the Russians without evidence. She said Syria's Bashar al-Assad is not worth talking to, and the U.S. will never deal with him, even though he was elected by the Syrian people. She is hailed as the Voice of America by the National Review, a primary outlet for Neocon intellectuals. The publication insists Haley has4/33
become America's great truth teller, flouting diplomatic conventions to speak plainly and with toughness about the provocations of Iran and the rights of Israel to violate international law and further its apartheid objectives. One such Haley truth is that Israel's capital is Jerusalem. This ignores history and the concept of corpus separatum that says Jerusalem is of religious importance to all three Abrahamic faiths. The ancient city is home5/33
to Islam's Ava-Aqsa mosque, Christianity's church of the Holy Sepulchre and Judaism's Western Wall. Israel annexed the city after the 1967 war. In 1980, the Israeli Kineset passed the Jerusalem law, which states that the entirety of Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. However, United Nations Security Council Resolution 478 adopted by 14 votes to none with an abstention from the United States declared the law null and void.6/33
In 1995, Congress passed a law requiring that the U.S. Embassy be relocated from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. The law allowed the executive branch the option every six months of signing a waiver on implementation of that law. Every U.S. president starting with Bill Clinton has waived implementation of the law, that is until the election of Donald Trump. According to Haley, Jerusalem was, is, and will always be7/33
Israel's capital. She exercised the veto power of the U.S. at the United Nations to sync a Security Council resolution critical of the White House's unilateral move to recognize the city as Israel's capital. Haley cast the veto blocking the resolution introduced by Egypt, despite the 14 other members of the Security Council voting in favor. There's one more principle I knew before I arrived at the UN. Like8/33
most Americans, I knew what the capital of Israel was. To be more clear, I knew that Jerusalem was Israel's capital. The status of Jerusalem remains a major obstacle to a peace deal between Israel and the Palestinians. When Israeli President Ariel Sharone signed off on large Jewish settlements in Jerusalem and denied the Palestinians custodial rights over holy sites in East Jerusalem, Palestinian protests erupted and became the9/33
second in Tafada. During the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee Conference in Washington in March, Haley said the United Nations is guilty of bullying Israel. At the UN and throughout the UN agencies, Israel does get bullied. It gets bullied because the countries that don't like Israel are used to being able to get away with it. Well, just like when I was that little girl in South Carolina,10/33
that just doesn't sit well with me. Israel has violated more than 60 UN resolutions. It has also violated the UN Charter, the Geneva Conventions and other international laws. But this is ignored by the United States. It's self-assurial violator of international law. As Jim Loeb wrote last September, Haley is the Neocon Heartthrob. The Neocons are pleased with her decision to continually attack Iran as the world's biggest11/33
sponsor of terrorism. Haley's Neocon in Israeli-centric foreign policy shouldn't come as a surprise. Megafun Razor's Sheldon Eldelson and the Koch brothers gave her political action group a huge infusion of cash in 2016. He should be remembered that Adelson called for Nuking Iran. What I would say is, listen, you see that desert out there? I want to show you something. You pick up your cell phone, even12/33
at traveling rates. You pick up your cell phone and what are they called? Roman Church. You pick up your cell phone and you call somewhere in Nebraska and you say, okay, let it go. So there's an atomic weapon, goes over ballistic missiles, the middle of the desert that doesn't hurt a soul. Maybe a couple of rattlesnakes and scorpions or whatever. And then you say, see, the13/33
next one is in the middle of the territory. So we mean business. You want to be wiped out? Go ahead, take a tough position and continue with uniquely a development. You want to be peaceful? You want to be peaceful? The previous year, Haley did Adelson and the Neocon's a huge favor. When as governor of South Carolina, she passed the first law in the United States against14/33
Boycotts of Israel. Apparently, Nikki Haley supports Israel over the first amendment rights of the American people. Boycotts are constitutionally protected and the Israeli Anti-Boycot Act would impose penalties and criminal prosecution for those engaged in Boycotts against Israel. Haley's argument for continued military action and occupation in Syria is based on the same predicate as Bushes in regard to Iraq. She says U.S. action there prevents the Syrians15/33
from attacking America with chemical weapons. According to Haley, this is why Trump launched his unconstitutional and illegal strike against Syria last month. The president has made it very clear that when it comes to weapons of mass destruction, we have no tolerance for it. We are going to watch out for the best interests of the American people. He made a point and hopefully a side gets it.16/33
If a side doesn't get it, it's going to hurt. If a side continues to go forward, there will be more and it will hurt. I think that he has a lot to think about. We have to be very conscious of the fact that we can't allow even the smallest use of chemical weapons. That's why you saw the president strike this past weekend. That's why you saw17/33
him expel 60 Russian spies after the attack in Salisbury. This very easily could happen in the United States if we're not smart and if we're not conscious of what's happening. And so this was a message sent to Assad. We'll see how smart he is. Of course, this is hogwash. The U.S. conducted a strike on Syria to support its proxy war against the Assad government. A proxy18/33
war, it is pretty much lost since the Russians and Iranians helped Syria defeat the Islamic State and other terrorists. Many supported by the U.S., Saudi Arabia, and Israel. Although the previous Guta-false flag chemical attacks were debunked, and the latest supposed attack in Duma is likewise considered a sia. Haley said following Trump's showboat attack in April that the United States is locked and loaded. If another attack,19/33
in other words, a staged false flag occurs in Syria. The United States of America will not allow the Assad regime to continue to use chemical weapons. Last night, we obliterated the major research facility that it used to assemble weapons of mass murder. I spoke to the President this morning and he said if the Syrian regime uses this poisonous gas again, the United States is locked and20/33
loaded. She went so far as to tell the National Security Council, Russia and Syria are uncivilized nations, and it's up to the United States to respond to their provocations. We have a member who has used chemical weapons. You have a country, Russia, who's helped them cover up the use of chemical weapons, and we have a violation of international law. So what else are we supposed to21/33
do? And then another chemical weapons attack happens. And here they're going to attempt to say it's fake. At some point, you have to do something. At some point, you have to say enough. We saw what happened in Salisbury. This is a renewed effort to bring chemical weapons back into mainstream, and we can't let that happen. Healy said the month before that when the international community fails22/33
to take action that is against unproven allegations, it's up to the United States to take action on its own. In other words, it's up to the Trump administration and the United States military to once again violate the Constitution, international law and the United Nations charter to achieve its objective of removing Assad and expelling Russia and Iran from Syria. Two countries that were invited to help the23/33
government there defeat U.S. and Saudi proxy forces. Many of them head-chopper terrorists. A response by us would be clearly a violation of the United Nations charter, which makes it a war crime. We do not have the permission of the legitimate internationally recognized government of Syria to attack their property, their land, and we also do not have the authorization of the UN Security Council, which makes it24/33
illegal. They told me that he derives the power from Article 2 Section 2. I was like, let me get this straight. You're not relying on an AMF and you're not relying on the War Powers Act. They confirmed they are relying on one statement in the Constitution that says only this. The President is the commander in chief. From that, they think they derive all of this power,25/33
which is wrong and it's unconstitutional. Now, as we know, only the Congress can declare war. And in the absence of a declaration of war, these are international treaties and federal statutes that the President has sworn to uphold. He can only use the military in defensive and actual attack on the United States to repel an attack that is imminent, like minutes or hours away, to defend American26/33
persons or property from foreign attack overseas, or pursuant to a treaty we have with an ally when the ally has been attacked. On top of all that, we're a member of the UN treaty, along with Syria. So he didn't go to Congress, he didn't go to the UN, and he didn't rely on any law. Not even the overstretched authorizations for use of military force can be27/33
used to justify further attacks. Syria is not a state sponsor of terrorism, or is it even vaguely connected to the events of September 11, 2001, which set the original AUMF in motion. Congress took the outdated, nearly two decade old Bush-era AUMF and came up with an authorization that still permits the executive to wage unchecked war wherever it decides there are enemies. This represents yet another mockery28/33
of congressional oversight and nullifies its constitutional power to declare war. But a clear war clause in the Constitution makes it clear that any president who believes it is necessary for the United States to go to war must make the case to the American people's elected representatives in Congress. Only after the legislative branch votes in favor of war can the commander-in-chief prosecute a conflict. If this current29/33
resolution passes, the president could launch airstrikes or deploy American troops against terrorists without first gaining the legislative branches approval. Instead, Congress would have to decide whether the action was unnecessary after that action was already taken. According to Donald Trump's favorite news network, Fox News, Haley speech at the UN condemning the enemies of Israel in the United States, a strong case can be made that Haley will30/33
be the first female president in 2020. It said she has an advantage over Democrats, Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, Kamala Harris of California, and Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts. According to Senator Rick Santoram's former press secretary, Lauren DeBellis-Eppell, Nikki Haley has set herself apart as one of the most effective leaders in the Trump administration. She's furiously stepped up, stood out, and proven she's not afraid to make31/33
tough calls. She does anything but blend in, which is why she is far more likely to see the Oval Office long before any of the liberal feminists taking a number and standing in line for 2020. Polls are fickle, subject to change, and even manipulation. But if this latest poll on the approval of Nikki Haley is correct, she may actually have a shot at the presidency in32/33
2020. It's a matter of degree, however. As Obama demonstrated, it doesn't matter if a Democrat or Republican sits in the Oval Office. The wars, constitutional violations, and crimes against humanity continue. Foreign policy under Kamala Harris or Elizabeth Warren may appear to be kinder and gentler, but at the end of the day, the establishment calls the shots and the same agenda dominates. Meanwhile, the American people remain33/33
largely clueless, especially in regard to foreign policy. The propaganda media performs its role effectively, dramatizing false flag chemical attacks with photos of suffering children who are not suffering but are unwitting props and a scam to get the American people behind never ending war. Time to get out.
