This week some unusual but interesting news took place as a journalist for Muk Rock received documents from a FOIA request from the Washington State Fusion Center. The journalist Curtis Waltman had asked for documents about Antifa and Neo Nazis, which he did receive. But he also received a folder that was titled EM Effects on Human Body. In case you're wondering, EM stands for Electromagnetic. Now this immediately2/28
raises several questions. First of all, what the heck? Secondly, why does the Fusion Center have this information? And what are they using it for? Muk Rock has a link to download the files, which I did. Looking at the documents we see a few images and some other documents. Taking a closer look at the images, we see things like reading and broadcasting thoughts, lots of forced body3/28
movements among other things, and microwave hearing. And they provide an example which claims that using this form of electromagnetic warfare, people can be hypnotized and have voices broadcast into their head. And that's just the first document. I'll leave a link to this article where you can download these for yourself. The other documents claim to show remote mind control and remote brain mapping. Now this article was4/28
written in an almost jokingly way and had initially stated that the Department of Homeland Security had provided the documents. So I contacted the author, Mr. Waltman, for clarification. He informed me that after the article was published, Homeland Security had contacted the author and the editor of Muk Rock, requesting that they remove DHS from the title of the article. To quote, reflect the fact that while DHS5/28
has a hand in fusion centers, and initially fusion centers were run through the DHS, they are not in fact run by Homeland Security at this point. In my communication with the author of the article, he went on to state that the subject matter is obviously a little silly and humorous. The government has many technologies and weapons that is disposal, but quote, remote brain mapping, and quote,6/28
is incredibly unlikely to be one of them. The documents are also clearly not government, and it appears they have been originally sourced to various conspiracy theory websites. That being said, there have been instances where the government has experimented with less fantastical methods of mind control, like MK Ultra, which we have covered here at NewsBud extensively. Now I appreciate the author's response, and he's right about the7/28
documents appearing to be sourced from what he calls conspiracy theory websites, and not from the government. But interestingly enough, while electromagnetic warfare does sound fantastical, it does not mean that it's a fantasy. And when you search Washington State Fusion Center, it is a.gov, meaning a government website, that does work with the Seattle Police Department, the Washington State Patrol, the FBI, DHS, the Fire Department, and the8/28
TSA, which all, of course, pretty much fall under the umbrella of Homeland Security. Also, interestingly, in Washington State, the same state that this Fusion Center, which accidentally released the documents, is located. The Navy has been conducting large-scale electromagnetic warfare training for years, despite the public outcry against such weapons being tested. Now this is not a conspiracy theory, it's documented fact. Although officially we do not really9/28
know why they are testing this, the military has claimed it's for air defense purposes, but much of the testing takes place on the ground. Or is directed from the air to the ground. Now the training is conducted in the Olympic National Forest, and the military is supposed to avoid humans, and they even have spotters, so humans do not mistakenly end up as part of the test.10/28
Because the Navy itself produced a study back in 1971, showing exposure to electromagnetic radiation can cause over 100 health problems. Now this may sound like a disclaimer on a pharmaceutical ad. SUDFX may include corneal damage, tubular degeneration of testicles, brain heating, alteration of the diameter of blood vessels, liver enlargement, decreased fertility, sterility, altered fetal development, death, cranial nerve disorders, seizures, convulsions, depression, insomnia. and the US Fish and Wildlife Service maintain their testing is completely safe, and the community and the wildlife should not be adversely affected by their operations. But they still receive a lot of pushback from the local community. I can't say I blame them, I know I wouldn't want anyone testing this type of technology in my neck of the woods.
