Breaking news on mandated insanity. Employers can now legally fire you for refusing COVID vaccine. Employers across the country have been given the legal authority to require employees to get the new coronavirus vaccine according to legal guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The new guidelines say that because employers are entitled and required to ensure a safe workplace in which an individual shall not pose a direct2/23
threat to the health or safety of individuals in the workplace, a company can now require its employees to be vaccinated. COVID vaccine. Well according to our government federal government and the deep state requiring employees to get the vaccine does not violate the Americans with disabilities because people do not need a medical exam to receive the COVID vaccination according to the EEOC which enforces laws against workplace3/23
discrimination. If they do request the accommodation, the employer has an obligation to see if accommodation is possible. Employees include giving employees the option to work from home. If accommodation cannot be made, employers can exclude an unvaccinated individual who poses a potential threat from entering the workplace. In these cases, the employees could be eligible for unpaid leave or other entitlements. If the workers' job can't be done4/23
remotely and there is no way to accommodate the employees reason not to be vaccinated with COVID vaccine, then the employer has the ability to terminate their employment. your earnings, to send your kids to schools, to travel via public transportation in such a way that yes, it would be mandatory because in order to survive, you have to go and get that job, take the job and take this flu shot, which by the way, they're going to keep adding to it. already actually here. Therefore, now you're obligated, you're forced, you're mandated to go and now get booster shots. and they are forced mandated to wear their masks, the covering, the mask covering their face, their entire nose, eight to 10 hours a day. And look at the reports saying that that reduces your oxygen intake. Or in other words, you're actually breeding 23 to 27% more carbon dioxide, okay? That's the average of increased intake of 25% increase of your carbon dioxide intake. And you know what12/23
does that? What it does to your body, to your brain, to your cells, to your respiratory system? For some reason. We don't see anything like that because this is not even potential threat, okay? This is a proven, factual, factual scientific, okay? Scientific research saying that wearing mask increases your intake of carbon dioxide at least by 23%. Are they coming and saying no?
