Hello, this is F William Engdahl with my premiere show on NewsBud called a different view with F William Engdahl. This first premiere show will be available to all who go on the website NewsBud, but the future shows will be for subscribers. So I urge you to consider a subscription if you want to follow this in the future. This week we're going to be talking about a2/40
dramatic development in Turkey where the Turkish government has issued an arrest warrant for one of the most senior former CIA officials Graham E. Fuller in connection with the failed coup d'etat, helped against the Erdogan government in June of 2016. We will go a little bit into the role of Graham E. Fuller in Turkey as well as with the Fattula Goul in organization. The next topic is3/40
going to be the development of a controversial renewal of the license by the European Commission Union in Brussels of the license for another five years of the probable carcinogen called Leposate. This is the main ingredient used in Monts-Ajo's Roundup Wheat Killer, but there's a huge corruption scandal behind this renewal and I go into some aspects not only about Leposate, but the adjuvant components used in Leposate4/40
that most people are not aware of, including the effects on human male sperm and the effects on all sorts of endocrine disruptions. So the subject of Gleefosate is much, much more alarming. It's a form of eugenics in my view than we are being told. A very dramatic development in Turkey regarding the attempted coup d'état in July of June of 2016. After a dinner, him scutters, sesuit5/40
or a pair of Lagulan and went to the television and called on the Turkish people to get out on the streets and they went out on mass, on mass and the coup soldiers lost their nerve and fled. Since that time, the Western media has portrayed Erdogan as making a witch hunt to root out all his opponents. And in my estimation, a little bit of background is6/40
very important. I have written a book that deals extensively with Fatuna Gulan and his network inside Turkey, not only inside the United States, where he has over a hundred charter schools, state finance, where he indoctrinated young schoolchildren into radical Islam under the cover of being for brotherhood peace and love and so forth. Well, Fatula Gulan has been his entire adult life, a protégé of certain CIA7/40
networks. One of the leading handlers of Fatula Gulan is a man named Graham E. Fuller. You might want to note this name down and look in the internet for more information on this very fascinating CIA former agent Graham E. Fuller. The Turkish government has just issued an arrest warrant for Graham E. Fuller for his role in plotting the coup d'état. And Fuller wrote or made a8/40
statement to the press through his blog and through the media that he had nothing to do with the coup d'état and he believes Gulan had nothing to do with the coup d'état. And furthermore, that Graham E. Fuller was in Canada on that night giving a speech in front of a hundred people. Well, it's very interesting that he says this now. Go back to the days after9/40
the 15th of June, 19 2016. And you will find a hysterical blog by Graham E. Fuller. I had nothing to do with this coup d'état. And furthermore, Fatula Gulan is really a noble man worthy of respect and a fine figure for Turkey. This is just a slander and so forth. Well, it wouldn't be the first time a CIA agent has lied to the public, I would10/40
imagine. But Graham E. Fuller is more wily than this. He happens to be the former father-in-law of a Chechen by the name of Ruslan Sarnayov. Now, if any of you remember the two people who got tagged with the Boston Marathon bombing a few years back, three or four years back, they were the Sarnayov brothers and they had an uncle whose name was Uncle Ruslan. He lives11/40
in suburban Virginia today. Uncle Ruslan used to work for Dick Cheney's Haliburton in Central Asia, the collapse of the Soviet Union. When Haliburton, Chevron, BP, Arko, and so forth, the Anglo-American oil companies were running all over the place, inciting a war in Chechen Yacht as sabotage of the Russian pipeline from Baku and whatnot. The son-in-law of Graham E. Fuller, the man who married Graham E. Fuller's12/40
daughter and lived in Fuller's house in suburban Virginia at that time. Was the uncle of these two brothers who got pinned and probably never know the truth, but the suspicion is that they were falsely pinned for the crime of the Boston Marathon bombing. So Graham E. Fuller is not very reliable. More than that, Graham E. Fuller and Henry Barkey, who was identified by hotel personnel, being13/40
in the Sea of Mamara, Prince's islands, luxury islands, luxury hotel on the night of the coup attempt against Erdogan, that Henry Barkey, who lives in Pennsylvania, not very far from the exile home of Fatulah Goulin, near Seyrasville, Pennsylvania, that Henry Barkey was in the Istanbul area 20-minute boat ride away with a group of people. And one of the people identified by Turkish media at that time14/40
was Graham E. Fuller. So we go back a little bit and we find that Graham Fuller and Henry Barkey also co-authored a book on Turkey called Turkish-Kurtish question. So these two CIA agents, as well as the fact that Graham E. Fuller is responsible for the fact against the objections of the United States, Department of State and Homeland Security in 2004 managed to override that and on15/40
national security arguments have got Fatulah Goulin, exile in Pennsylvania. Goulin's networks have been identified internationally as subverting using CIA agents in Central Asian, Uzbekistan, and in so-called English-speaking schools. CIA agents have been identified by Turkish intelligence as English-speaking teachers with diplomatic passports. Now, years ago, I thought English and I never was offered a diplomatic passport. So right away you began to get a feeling that Fatulah16/40
Goulin and the CIA have a pretty tight relationship going back years. In Turkey, over the last 30 years, the Goulin network has been building what Goulin wants refer to in a speech as a spider's web of influence in the judiciary, in the military, in the police, and in the education system. So when Goulin started turning against Erdogan in 2015, thereabouts and began attacking him publicly inside17/40
Turkey and breaking the electoral alliance that the two had before, then Erdogan began to go after the networks of Goulin and after the Kudaytab, this became serious. It was either rude out the cancer or die. And that is what has been going on in Turkey. It also happened to greatly increase the distrust of the Erdogan circles in Turkey for NATO and for the United States. Now,18/40
Turkey is in a delicate position here. We don't just say NATO was fun while it lasted, that we're going with Russia and China and we're going to carve our own future. So it's a very delicate game, but it's clear that Turkey is not at all comfortable with being a pawn of a NATO that is out to destroy Russia, to destroy China and to destroy Turkey. So19/40
the fact that today in December of 2017, a year and a half after the attempted Kudaytab, Graham E. Fuller comes out and says, I was nowhere nearest on the night of the coup. I was in fact in Canada with a group of 100 people. Number one, it doesn't wash with the evidence that was presented at the time. Number two, the fact that the Turkish government is20/40
coming out with an arrest warrant against Graham E. Fuller means that they are getting closer to the head of the snake, if you want to call it that, and the head of the snake is in Langley, Virginia and not in Fittula, Goulins retreat in Pennsylvania. So it's a very interesting development, I would say, that's going on in Turkey right now and the fact that Graham E.21/40
Fuller feels compelled to answer this in the way he does, as Shakespeare might be parody, he thinks he does protest a little bit too much. I want to talk a little bit about the development here in Europe in the last days for approval by the European Union Commission, a five-year license renewal for the herbicide, the wheat killer called Gleafosate. The subject is one of the most22/40
controversial inside Europe among the population as well as among governments. Repeatedly, there were votes of the member countries of the European Commission in a way in complex voting system that they devised, which did not allow renewal of the license of Gleafosat. Now Gleafosat is the prime ingredient in the world's largest selling wheat killer called Monsanto's Roundup. On to the 27th of November this year, 2017, the23/40
European Commission announced that Germany, a key country in the entire Gleafosat debate, had changed its vote to approval of a five-year renewal instead of abstention, which would rob that of a majority, a qualified majority of over 65%. And on that basis, the Agriculture Minister Christian Schmidt in Germany said yes to Gleafosat renewal. On that basis, the EU Commission was able to push this thing through. It24/40
created a huge uproar inside Germany. The Environment Minister said she never approved Gleafosat and that the Agriculture Minister had not the authority to unilaterally prove that without a consensus in the government. Right now there is no government, but it's an in-between interim situation of negotiating a new coalition. In that vacuum, some sneaky business took place where Gleafosat now has a five-year lease on life. What's significant25/40
about this is I want to say something is less the toxic effects of Gleafosat in and of itself, that's toxic to be sure. And there are many independent tests that have been made that show effects on male sperm count, effects on fetuses and in a mother's womb. It's not so much Gleafosat that's the problem. It's Gleafosat is problem enough, but it's Gleafosat in combination with what26/40
Monsanto calls trade secret adjuvants. You know, vaccines have these things called adjuvants, mercury sometimes, very often aluminum derivatives and so forth. And there are indications, very serious indications, despite pharmaceutical denials, that those adjuvants are responsible for explosive surgeon autism and children. But the adjuvants used in Gleafosat by Monsanto, the trade secret ingredients. According to independent tests at the University Cain in France by Geolaryxerolini and its27/40
research group of toxicologists and biologists, the adjuvants added to Gleafosat make roundup, Monsanto's roundup, 2,000 times more toxic in the minimum doses than simply Gleafosat alone. Because they were not given the full compounds in the chemical identification by Monsanto of roundup, the World Health Organization Agency for Research out of Cancer, an independent body within WHO. In March of 2015, Classified Gleafosat has a probable carcinogen. The28/40
company Monsanto is in a legal action in San Francisco in California, a very heavy class action suit against Monsanto and a roundup. In the course of that, Monsanto was forced to hand over certain email documents, internal documents of Monsanto to the court. And the lawyers for the plaintiffs chose to release those documents to the public. And they are literally a bombshell. One document to give you29/40
an example from Donna Farmer, PhD, Monsanto toxicologist, Chief toxicologist in 2003, she wrote, the terms Gleafosat and roundup can't be used interchangeably. You can't say roundup is Gleafosat. You can't use roundup for all Gleafosat-based herbicides anymore. This is to her colleagues inside Monsanto. For example, you cannot say that roundup is not a carcinogen. We haven't done the necessary testing on the formulation of roundup to make30/40
that statement. So Monsanto internally admits, and now it's out there. You can find this. You just Google California court case against roundup in Monsanto and you'll find it. The law firm, if you're interested, is called Baumheidlin, Ristai and Golden. Monsanto has not done adequate tests on all this, but the tests that were done in the European Union to say there's no danger. This has been certified31/40
by the European Food Safety Authority, the FDA of the European Commission, and it's been certified by the European Chemical Association. Well, it turns out both of those agencies didn't do independent testing of Gleafosat. They relied on a test made by the German government under the complicated rules of the EU. Different governments have responsibility for the safety of different chemicals, and Gleafosat was given to a German32/40
review agency. The German review agency ruled that there is no carcinogenic danger to Gleafosat. It turns out that the German review agency depended on the tests given to them by the industry, given to them by Monsanto. So Monsanto gives what are more and more clear are faked test results on the safety of their Gleafosat without the adjuments to the German chemical review agency responsible to certify33/40
if Gleafosat is safe or not, and they don't do their independent tests. They simply take the industry and take it at face value and pass it on to Brussels, the European Commission. And two agencies in Brussels, one agency, the European Chemical Agency, does no testing. They simply monitor the enforcement of safety rules in the European Union for different toxic chemicals. So they're a monitoring agency, they're34/40
not a testing agency. On that basis, a propaganda drum roll was begun several months ago to overturn this note to Gleafosat on the part of the majority of European Union countries. And now you have the Sly Agriculture Minister, who's well known to be pro Monsanto. He's been to Washington many times and comes back all the same. We should approve the Gleafosat renewal and so forth. This35/40
is harmless. And they did a sneaky job in getting this thing wrapped through. But as I say, the real toxicity is not Gleafosat. In a way, this is a red herring. The real toxicity is something we're not allowed independently to test. And that is the totality of the cocktail that's called Roundup, or that's called by Bayer Agay, which now is in the process of taking over36/40
Monsanto, or by Shingento or Dal Chemical Dupont, their combinations of glyphosat. What are those attitudes? And they've been tested to be 2,000 more times toxic than Simplu, Gleafosat alone. So we are doing a beautiful job of eugenics through these herbicides because we're spraying that on the foods that we and our children eat every day on the dinner table. We're spraying that in huge doses because they're37/40
not effective after a certain period of time. So we're overspraying to kill weeds at an a process killing us slowly as the song goes. So the renewal of Gleafosat on the one hand testimony to the corruption of Monsanto and the agrochemical industry and their influence over Brussels policy and over national government policies in Europe. But it's also a red herring because it's much more than something38/40
glyphosat. It's glyphosat in combination with the adjuvants. And that's the real cocktail that's going to damage our food and damage our security. I want to close for this week and tell you this first edition of a different view with the F1 Eiffelium Endal is being made available to all without subscription or with subscription. And in the future, if you want to continue hearing the different view39/40
from Eiffelium Endal for me, then I would urge you to go on newsbud.com and become a subscriber and then you'll have access to all the private content that Newsbud offers including my show. Thank you very much. I don't think that's true. Well this is just not a load of nonsense. Picture is mixed. Seems like this script has come from the above. SpirroforNewsbud.com. We have breaking news
