yeah if you wanna see here learn they just leave RD know this stuff if this were you not me I'm tired of coming here every single day tell you wanna sit down stopped talking pay attention not having your pistol wakeup keep your hands to yourself I do not get paid enough to do this I swear this is not what I imagined to to be they want
do you remember day one of your dream job shoot not even say one but the anticipation of day one speak countless hours learning about procedures best practices expectations and now it's time for you to do what you train so hard core in education the anticipation is all I we spent hours imagining all our little learners bopping along to the classroom to it smiling just wide enough
to see where their talents he'd have abandoned them just knowing that our classroom thing will come to life as the fall sunshine comes breaking through the black who my students are going to love our classroom so much that they'll never feel like the work is too hard walk over me friend with an eraser that their neighbor with the flu all are pulled the fire alarm right
I mean don't get me wrong my first day was just as amazing as the next story I'd see but what no one tells you about it's how the students them stay as well put together as they are in now honeymoon phase see if you ask any teacher the reality of teaching is far from the dream yes we to say that we spend our lives doing one
of the most fulfilling job like listening to kids use their voice to speak their truth answering small questions like why the wind blow holes are why the C. assaulting that even though random are actually really good question see students turned what was in can't do this a week ago now it's all up witnesses Kelly did everything seeing the seeds of the future in the eyes of
children in every moment it's he too much tomorrow won't be if they don't learn their long bow Sam even though these things keep us in the field teaching the their start nor is with preparing students for the future boy if the long hours I mean you spin never ending hours trying to complete a never ending list of to do just to find out you will never
have enough time to do anything anything that needs to be done if the difficult pairing tear the feeling overwhelmed with lesson plans state tests re teaching confusing story problems to food if this deal don't giddy but if the most urgent of teaching challenges teaching the children that are just hard to reach you know the ones that always have been added to flawlessly doing a great lesson
never turn in work are always disrupts the class wait are about the ones that never pay it seems alright class open your books to page four once you get there all eyes on me so I know that we're ready to go on rotten write me what did I just say who I don't know get out imagine the hard to reach students nest building is often written
off labeled as a troubled kid or forgotten about all together but what educators often fail to see is a student at lax parent involvement a student that's tosses and turns the night because they're sharing a bed with a sibling or even a pairing or the student that worries about where their next meal is going to come from get out if you don't want to say here
learning just late already know this stuff this is for you not me sometimes we as educators find ourselves including that's how from their peers ignoring them or just putting them out of the classroom see it's easy for us to spend all our time and energy on the students that are willing to learn to put forth an effort well we need to remember that is the hard
to reach students who need it the most with figuring out how to reach them you have to forget about thinking outside the box and be ready to think without a box altogether this means doing the unconventional challenging yourself mentally and emotionally surrounding yourself with creative people if figuring out what could be what if figuring out what could be improved challenged or done differently in education we
know what this looks like for students but sometimes we have a hard time understanding what it looks like for ourselves when it comes to working with hearts reach keys see throughout our career we teach our students to be innovative something went out to think outside the box right then the hard to reach students shelves up and we lose our own innovation we just want them the
following liner go with the flow with something that I started to question within myself in other teachers is why don't we encourage our students for think without a box yeah we're constantly sickness out of our own especially as it pertains to the difficult student erasing the hearts of fit you race in the easy feet box that would put the right movie means creating environments where students
can be confident in their ability to learn removing the box means that their work can bring limitless rewards and the continual success will follow their resilience when it comes to the hard to reach students we have term remembered so listen more if talk less I mean he really listen with the Falwell you kids every darting out I every hit a beaucoup hesitance in of course every
spark is spiking confidence by listening more you get a personal insight on the child's life all the while those kids are feeling understood intended to not just right now I'm back may not thank by listening more we get a personal insight on a child's life all the while well they're talking they feel understood intended to you see is that of limits in children's creativity placing them
in the same category as everyone else we as educators had the earliest opportunity to nurture it bring forth students potential we have to remember not so limits the students with our frustrations in impatience you know slamming them in a box in hopes for good behavior and halfway paying attention our current Alan turning a famous mathematician once they do something that changed my whole outlook on education
he said sometimes if the people who know one a majesty anything us who do the things that no one can imagine so you see let us not put students in a box but if that letters breakdown are all four walls it reaches hard as we possibly can because one educators start to think with outbox the food is that we've reached the hardest for becomes the future
