I've done she opened it up and inside there were so many handmade books that she done close me don't let this one go sellers the market for five dollars can we go now she looked up at me with these expectant eyes just beaming I was so proud of her in that moment but at the same time I had a roller coaster this beautiful creative spirit the
wanted to share with the world and yet I'm thinking no this this dread going through me she can't do that what would people think you need a license to actually sell the stuff she'll be disappointed I can't let her go through this don't do that so with that roller coaster I couldn't think of anything other to say then no and without that evening face just a
second ago was lost all the fire went out of her eyes she turned her back what I had extinguished her fire how many times does that happen to all of us we have a great idea but then it gets turned away or how about the turn lanes people come to us with this great idea and I don't think so I will work we are gathered here
today and attacks work because every single one of you has a spark inside many of you actually already started filling the walls with the spark of what actually sparks you an energizer sheep because this is what we need in this world and it doesn't hurt to be something big or small there's people that want to read applies to revolutionize our world in our global I know

go ahead and do it right now please okay once you have that written you're gonna roll that piece of paper out and you're going to put it in the balloon Hey this is a test of all our dexterity but I know you can do it so take that roll it up and when you get it in the balloon start blowing up a little because our ideas
need energy they need inspiration they need right so I want to see is a big balloon coming out make sure that they're going to be big enough that we can see all the balloons in this room think of your idea your ideas let's see those balloons blow out and the entire once there blown up I hold them in your hands that said excellent and think of
every breath is there some mean thing energy anything this helium ideas Bloomsburg and growing up nearly every week with Peter even though you think you all have there are a gift to the world we want to make sure that you get a chance to get some of the outside world give me a couple more seconds to get those balloons that if you need help from a

get through that go to the core of what's really important to us race that idea and get energy this is it can actually be extremely powerful I have an example for you not sure if many of you know Arnold Schwarzenegger yeah just a couple of baby okay this is kind of guy but saw video of all the other day and it's really interesting because he is
like a world champion bodybuilder some proclaimed the best he went on to become a famous Hollywood actor numerous movies and if you haven't seen them go for it and he also then went on to become the general for starting the governor getting a new job he doesn't even know it the governor of California for two terms and so we hear about these famous people all the
time is like how that's great but my guess is you may not know the story of how he actually got there he was born in Austria this was a country that really favored in value conformity they don't want anybody going against the grain you buddy that did something a little different was frowned upon yeah district family eva said his father was not there to try to
understand if anything what plotless Plotinus now be considered child abuse but that's just the way it is he went on to the Austrian army and when he was there you don't know about a championship if you could go into providing he sat in his bunk because he was allowed to go allowed to get out he's like Cinnabon should action type who apply all those things we
just talk about a little bit earlier but you know he went AWOL so that he could go to the competition at the competition he won and then he tried to sneak back to the Austrian army yeah he thought he could get away with it apparently so but apparently they're a little more observant than that and he snapped his way back in when he got in yeah
actually went into solitary confinement they said how could she I was able to stay there lot of thought there but it's interesting because he actually had it was in solitary confinement he's working out student body building they don't have the equipment you had to figure out how to do it all himself and over time especially after it out after they found out he won and he
credited them with how strong he was he started changing the culture around there they actually got equipment so that the people could start bodybuilding and getting the strength and doing those things he transforms that industry and it wasn't just one he went on to do this three times so so much is possible and with that we get to our next stage which is awareness we don't
get just to keep our ideas to our self we get to share them because if I keep it close to my chest too skinny no there's no sparked a fire if no one knows so which you get to do now is actually move those balloons around you don't get to keep the so initially this is kind of weird because of the high got my ideas going
out to somebody that doesn't know it enough which names are just the ideas but we are actually going to move these balloons around and in a moment I'm gonna say go for it and then I'm gonna say one two three and on three you're going to capture the balloon that's closest to you okay go for it route one one three and when you get don't do
anything yeah Walter Miller and now you're in the receiving end you're holding a live right now and then I had to switch roles is no longer your spark if you let out there you now have received somebody spark somebody's idea something that name on you actually have in some ways being the receiver a more important role this is a real big you get to receive and
see whether it starts getting more money moment because to go from sparking done actually need people which is why another Ted talk that you may want to watch is by Derek Stivers it in a three minute Ted talk lots of fun and what happens is he kind of talks about how to make a move we thought you know that spark is that one night talk about
a guy comes you know the whole group of people he's just like one guy everybody also said not grasp this one nice is going most people imagine what they're doing kinda like some of the faces of you looking at me right now doing that with Skype crazy and I know but then what happens to somebody else comes up stars danced away to you know have fun
so you got to people you I start going it's kind of interesting maybe maybe I'll go out so what happens is you get everyone eventually going out and having fun dancing and he speaks to those that actually make the movements of those thoughts all of that actually added energy to that spark and you start becoming the crazy one if you don't go along because the fact
even Arnold he started to change their initially he was the crazy one but then they were doing equipment to support all of them to not everybody dancing you got lost movement now are you curious what but yeah I have an absolutely at their so in here that you should have a paper clip okay so please find a paper clip or something that's not gonna cause too

is really hard we may or may not even like the ideas that come across you'll somebody so I have respect honored me curious and what you're gonna do it these I here the ones on the wall your own ideas the ones you holding your I invite you to share these ideas throughout the day and BR because this is how we help people get their ideas across
because the last stage this transformation and believe it or not transformation is the easiest part transformation happens but we embraced and come into awareness and to bring you full circle back to my daughter number that box that she had bush is now in her mid twenties believe it or not she's actually made her books mom she's gotten teens that she create an online web and she's
telling these international and shipping them out he's become an expert and been on panel interviews she's gone to a couple countries for conferences and as Jeffrey to stop there she said because I want to get my message across and she got there seems he did stand up comedy she's done in provinces actually a clown school right now because it's teaching the body how to actually move
