whatever you believing the universe will say yes whatever you believe is true your mind and body well believe that too in fact I would like to experience with me right now that feeling so I will ask you to close your eyes and feeling to your body feel every word and every question and where data resonates with you am I happy yes I might add yes will
I fail yes will I six yes you can open your eyes now how did that feel it's a very short exercise I know but I guess what triggers some emotions of all of this because your words matter everything you believe in everything you think matters for your success and many of us starting to understand that an individual level we listen to mine said coaches life coaches
we read different and magazines and become a front for them everyday level and everyday life even small things like a job interview cause and mass effect on our minds so let's say half go to a job interview and I go I will get this job there's a big chance that I want to get that well let's say I'll have a test that I want to have
in school and I just feel like I haven't studied enough I had too much coffee already and I just don't feel that it's going to work I feel like I'm gonna fail and that's what's going to happen maybe because I'm not giving the chance to myself to succeed mindsets coaches like for example Tony Robbins or Gary V. are constantly telling us that you can be whatever
you want you can succeed it sounds so simple but it's really they believe that anyone can succeed and their sometimes write about it because yes if we trust that if we can you have that feeling we not listen to other people but there's one more thing to it the surrounding those people make sure that they're surrounded by others I also think that they were gonna be
good so if I feel like I'm awesome I am also right but then my friends know about as well so me myself I don't every day I try to read a blog post about this topic I listen to different %HESITATION podcast I want you to BDS so one morning I woke up and I went to YouTube like always who knows go every year raise your hands
alright some people here that we guarantee I once owned you took and I had my Gary be kicked all right so after coffee McGarity kick so he busted me sub Gary saying go hostile silence hustling so's feeling very proud to not feel alright I'm the top of the world I'm feeling so great about myself so I'm going to meet my friends and see down the wait
for them and I just feel like this is a great day and then my friend's comment I ask them how are you feeling how did you how he slash and the first goes welcome I just hate my job and the second goes I'm counting the days for my home ten more days honestly and the last one she's saying do you know what happened to me today
I had to wait three hours from a doctor's appointment can imagine three hours but you other you know it's same old same old nothing to difference I don't be that we had one so we have collectively agreed that that's how you answer how are you if someone asked me how are you how is life I should not answer I'm also by feeling good today I should
answer yeah same old same old so after that day I go home we my super hero taped dragging on the ground does social media follow me thank god it's Friday worst horror story and the shortest Monday because surely we can I just say that we are having in the midst it seems funny to us but what is this actually telling about us about our groups aside
that no one can be better than others and no one can succeed I wish we cannot just be encouraging each other but to be even better no one wants to be the smartest kid in the class it goes so far but we actually give this evening it's a group syndrome in English speaking countries we call this that told purpose syndrome in Sweden where I grew up
it's called the Yandle so the thing is there's so many people in society that are suffering of loneliness burnouts and depression we need to help them on the group level feel supported and to bring them up that's very unfortunate because it is possible and I've seen it one of the groups that has been able to use the group to bring the people up is that enterpreneurs
they're pretty and that's today I would like to share three different ideas and things were concerted learn from them so we can reuse and other groups in in the site it all started up of months ago do you know the famous quote saying you are the average of the five people that you're spending your time so I decided to put that into practice our down the
list of my five top friends and complex and if so how can they those people that are bringing me up in the personal and professional level and I called them up when I say hi your lists so you better know I get so good thing is I will call you every week for car and we'll have a casino will catch up on the phone because you're
also we gonna be awesome together so one of those friends his alma our money is in Europe and I call her every Monday how much is a house SO trade as mood so we both work you only are with us up so we don't have so much brainstorming with others about our own business some well Mister speaker with each other we actually start to fit together
I started to think differently I started to Greystone god get new ideas okay it's even today was flourishing I was really growing unless it was for all my another thing that happens in time was that I joined an accountability group so with three other women we decided to meet for breakfast once a month at between every brunch we are writing them email where we are saying
our intention and goals for the coming months moments were cut so when we meet we talked about that we talk about the success and maybe things that we need to excel as he wanted and try to support each other to really have a chance to fix and so the house live question that we were talking about before has another answer we are allowed to say that
actually it's going really well after three months one of us had her first art exhibition what actually bought the house and she's opened her yoga studio and I'll be able to write my first book which will be soon published it's all very exciting and I know that these groups those women helped me to get because having three people are supporting me whatever I'm doing and I
know that they are want best meet my projects it's so great I also want to mention third group which is called the master mind groups it's very common for interpreters their founder cold Napoleon hill we're saying that if we put two brains together that will create and make them work together that will create a third mind so having that group is actually a new mind traits
sort of the bill to groups are great but mastermind of salsa give something else go sorry so what you're bringing this that's different experts share their experience and helped to work together on the project isn't that Fabolous that we are using the group for every individual support each other so my question to you today it why don't you try to use that more women because aside
imagine if we start to use the mastermind groups in schools if we let the kid from the children help each other so let's say that one is good mass now with another student English and actually train their skills and help each other to be even better both of them let's say that you're working the very big company corporates and you feel that you don't have ended
June stimulation anymore and Kamloops and mentor once a week I can talk to that person and that person will encourage you to work in your career and your development and make sure that you are feeling good in the company well let's say if you're a job seeker ever know the job seeking process can be very hard and difficult and never lonely and repealed I submitted sometime
why don't we bring accountability groups into the job seeking froth so everyone in inductors can help each other to rock on the CVS and apply for jobs to make sure that you're part of a support group so my main question today is why don't we takes the tall poppy syndrome and changes that a school thank you
