me at all is my cousin who were best friends %HESITATION for you know all of our childhood and he did just that no reason at all and you know all this he told me all this and so I didn't have to go through the the long doubting period that most people do you're somebody who was an inside person telling me this stuff is real so within
a matter of probably hours or something I was I was actually convinced that what he was telling me was real and now I had to sort of sorted out and I spent %HESITATION during those first few nights when I was there I must admit I spent a lot of time at night lying in bed saying oh my god it's real what are the implications and others
I get hung up on the real stuff is what are the implications if this Israel than they are for that then therefore that it cetera in it so I realize even at that time that if this is real this is probably the single most important thing on this planet today in the depressing thing is that they're already available in the there is already knowledge of how
these things function in its not available to our society and that that has me extremely annoyed not so much for personal point of view but from a societal point of you know and I I was flying down the airplane %HESITATION just today and that is sitting there on this airplane thinking about here we are flying in this fossil fuel driven device using technology that's %HESITATION just
an extension of the Wright brothers almost a hundred years ago with a just a couple years it's going to be a hundred years since we've been driving fossil fuel driven %HESITATION airplanes and yet the technology I now know has existed for almost fifty years are about fifty years %HESITATION and has probably be usable in terms of a craft for %HESITATION maybe forty forty five years for
maybe fifty years I don't know exactly when and and here I am still flying this thing I'm an oceanographer and I work with the environment extensively teach classes about the environment %HESITATION it at a different aspects of the environment in I realize and I see how much is going on there right that that's enough to go on so and I realize that these that some of
the technologies that the at E. T.'s if you well are the craft represent or technologies that could help us think also be used or for defense purposes or military purpose as well but like the old saying goes a knife can cut or it can spread butter the same holds with technology and there's no it's it's ridiculous to hold back the technology in that the depressing thing
is that this the knowledge of this which is kind of the single biggest piece of knowledge there is that we are not alone in the universe that we are actually a member of a family of of if you will nations are people's %HESITATION throughout the universe and that we're not alone is is amazing it's going to it's going to alter the way we view ourselves on
earth forever more and that's and so that's why I realize this is so incredibly important and the argument that people can't handle it and all this year's final thing it flies at all I talked a lot of people about this and I've never seen anybody go off the deep end when I told them what I know the meeting my cousin was that was %HESITATION as I

people who knew that the subject was real and as I understood it they were they had gotten together hell held a meeting to discuss the implications of the disclosure of this information how to get this information out to the world public and so my cousin was there as one of the witnesses when the people who knew the subject was real knew that Eisenhower knew it was
real because as I understood it his direct boss at the White House was the one who briefed Eisenhower on what was happening in the UFO field of my cousin was aware of what was going on and my cousin had met Eisenhower a number of times what have you but I I decided that I wouldn't go public if you will about this until I saw something that
was actually in my face seen by multiple witnesses and there can be no argument and it was %HESITATION that happened for me and everybody current members their first time if you fail it happened for me when I was in desert hot springs fall of ninety seven in there was a group of us %HESITATION twenty something was sitting around in %HESITATION Joshua tree national monument this is
a C. city training a group that led by doctor Greer and we were out in the field of observing %HESITATION and trying to observe see craft of some sort end up having to be a rather full moon or pretty much of a full moon evening and I was a facing the moon is off to my right shoulder and just below the moon there appeared an object
like a glow like a ball %HESITATION may be a third to half the diameter of the moon it does appear to left side underneath the moon it it just traveled from this side of the moon about like that over to the other side of the moon and then just went appeared just it just turned off it's as though somebody who had turned a light ball on
one side the boom and then carried across blow the most it wasn't from the moon but below them and then turn it off and I said and I so I said so excited exit while did anybody else see that I'm circle was jumping up and down because Saul clearance so obvious %HESITATION to me and the doctor Greer oh likely he was facing that direction so hit
Cena and I said that if we all see this and he and doctor said yes he said I saw I saw it did anybody else see it in about I don't five or six people in the group said yes I saw yes I saw so ago all sitting on that side where he was in the the implications are are many full I think one thing I
will do it was the it will this is may be hopeful but it will bring the peoples of the earth closer together %HESITATION it will give them a different sense of themselves as rates will realize we're not alone %HESITATION it alone in the universe they were part of a multi lar much larger family of of intelligent races conscious people's few well and I think also there's
going to be some there some major technological implications as well because as I'm the first question in this is probably one of the major reasons why this topic is kept been kept quiet so long the first question that one might ask even the man or woman on the street is going to ask well if there are these peoples from other planets and there are here visiting
us how did they get here did they have to come with the speed of light take for hundreds of years to get here even at the speed of light or did they come out using some other technology what what they're gonna find out of course that they're using some other technology and they don't have to travel the speed of light this travel at superluminal speeds of
the semi instantaneously if you want to put in those are the terms and so that at that point you say holy mackerel technologies could you if used in a peaceful way benefit our earth civilization in a major way so then where did they get the energy to travel these great speeds and then we start to look into the energy they are using jet fuel the heart
using hole to get here they're using technologies that the average guy on the street the average physicist at the university doesn't have any clue about and yet it's very real so the implications are for a hopefully a planetary society that does not that that had can go beyond coal coal and oil and those aspects fed one of the major problems I've seen and talked about for
years on our planet is that this planet is basically offering a several hundred maybe about a hundred year do your window develop new technologies it's about a hundred and fifty years you can argue the numbers of coal in fossil fuels in this plan that even laid down over the hundreds of millions of years we've a very short time to go from burning wood to oil and
coal and nuclear to a sustainable energy and if we blow it because we haven't got their act together toast and I said I was appointed by the governor of the state to attend a congressional briefing us a a close congressional briefing on this topic with people like Edgar Mitchell speaking about the reality of this and what have you and they say all really tell me more
so that's one that's one reaction of my scientific colleagues on a one to one basis part of this gentleman's problems was he was a %HESITATION a civilian but have not done a lot of work with NASA a lot of committees and what have you and I think his problem was the fact that he had heard about this it's been a real subject and he knew that
he was very important because he was on a lot of committees in NASA in since he was very important but hadn't heard about this thing this couldn't be true because since he was important he would've heard about it you see the logic there and any service at all okay and and so he went on and on not but as the conversation went on I told me
more about what I do the reality these things he got colder and colder toward our discussion this started very warm because we both know a lot of mutual people and so that was sort of a coming together in that sense I realized afterwards he was very threatened by this knowledge because what that that the particular job he was doing in NASA would be majorly impacted by
the knowledge that their extraterrestrials already here all on this planet visiting our planet in that they have the ability to travel through space and what have you and so I might my sense was that his raison d'etre the reason that he works at NASA when his ego is sort of wrapped up in this would no longer be as a valid reason if what I was saying
was true so he pulled back from and then he said a very curious thing I wouldn't believe it even if it was real then direct quote from his email to me I would not believe this even if it was real and then he went on but if you learn anything more about this let me know so it's so you could say so I was left with
us get a I'm not good if if your mind so close that you make a statement I wouldn't believe it if it was real it tells a we have a major problem with scientists in our universities in a getting them to accept something different than their paradigms that they're so used to or been grown up with that's a major problem within our whole universities interesting enough
the students that I've lectured to are far more open minded than the professors and a professor and I do with these people all the time a couple other points to keep in mind is that the Roswell and similar events in New Mexico in the late forties are allowed the certain parts of the US government to obtain down to craft Trachsel craft since that time there was

bunch of technologies that are associated with extraterrestrial technologies allowing %HESITATION beasts of the set space travel about to occur and other other aspects of that now if you just put in the several hundred billions of dollars into something you can be doggone sure that something's come out of that and and people of %HESITATION told me %HESITATION that the that we were had spent a tremendous amount
of money %HESITATION by the mid fifties on any gravity there's any gravity literature in the public domain and there's a tremendous amount going only so I am I've and I've heard from a number different quarters that we have %HESITATION antigravity techniques actually %HESITATION in craft that that can fly %HESITATION as as desks in fact %HESITATION it is my sense of things from a number different sources
the vast majority of extraterrestrial quote extraterrestrial craft that %HESITATION people observe in the United States on the parts of the world are not extraterrestrial they're actually %HESITATION our military or our covert black of ops people that these are fully reverse engineered scene %HESITATION water are sometimes known as alien reproduction vehicles a are these these are craft that there have been a reverse engineered and %HESITATION I've
